Terms of Service

The service

RehashHero provides AI-assisted follow-up software for in-home sales contractors — including SMS, email, and voice outreach, estimate and agreement tools, and related features. It is a business tool intended for use by contractors and their authorized team members.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter into a contract. You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account, and you agree to provide accurate information and keep it current.

Your responsibilities and acceptable use

You are responsible for the content you send through the Service and for using it lawfully. You will not use the Service to send unlawful, harassing, deceptive, or infringing content, or to violate any applicable law or third-party right.

Messaging and telephony compliance

You are solely responsible for obtaining and maintaining all consents required to contact your customers by call, text, email, and prerecorded or AI voice — including under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA) and applicable state law — and for honoring do-not-call and opt-out requests.

You represent and warrant that you have the necessary consent for every contact you initiate or schedule through the Service, that you will complete any required carrier registrations (such as A2P 10DLC) for your messaging, and that your use complies with carrier requirements and applicable law. RehashHero provides tools to support compliance but does not provide legal advice and is not responsible for your compliance decisions.

Fees and payment

Paid plans are billed as described at the time of purchase. Fees are non-refundable except as required by law or as expressly stated. We may change pricing prospectively with notice.

Customer data

As between you and RehashHero, you own the data you submit. You grant us the rights needed to host and process it in order to provide the Service. Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.

Intellectual property

RehashHero and its licensors own the Service, including all software, content, and trademarks. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service during your subscription. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or resell the Service.

No legal advice; AI output

Templates, clause libraries, and AI-generated messages or suggestions are provided for convenience and are not legal advice. You are responsible for reviewing content before it is sent and for ensuring it is accurate and appropriate for your use.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RehashHero will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits or revenues. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid us for the Service in the 12 months before the claim.

Indemnification

You will indemnify and hold RehashHero harmless from claims arising out of your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law — including claims related to your communications with your customers.

Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or for risk to the Service or others. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of the state and federal courts located in Harris County, Texas for any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a new “last updated” date, and continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
